My Monday weigh-in reflected little change - though it's a bit hard to be certain for various reasons. Let's just call it the same as last week, as that is the most honest and likely conclusion I can come to right now - though I may have lost a wee bit. My focus this week has been more on other things - and I have noted several interesting things:
* My sleep patterns are definitely negatively affected by both salicylates (an old intolerance) and carbs (blood sugar swings). More info on this, and further dietary modifications, coming soon. My daughter is also not sleeping well. She has known amine and glutamate intolerances, and probably some salicylate intolerance too.
* My usual monthly migraine has not happened. Will need a few more months to be certain, but it seems the elimination of gluten and sugar has brought this relief.
* My very frequent heart palpitations have ceased.
* A wart on my finger has disappeared.
We've also had some fun creating new recipes, though our repertoire will need to change bit due to the intolerances - so more new recipes coming each week!
